Use of the CPP/CPPAP Website Used to Deliver Electronically
Certain of its Psychometric Instruments and Transmit Results
and Reports
Before
proceeding to the next electronic page, you need to read
and agree to the following terms and conditions: |

(the person about to use the following CPP website known
as SkillsOne®, for administration, scoring
and reporting of results of certain of its psychometric
instruments) acknowledge that: |

have read, understood and agreed to the CPPAP Terms &
Conditions set out at the front of this website, |

I have
read, understood and agreed with the CPPAP Privacy Policy
set out at the front of this website, |

I am
about to take a psychometric instrument, that is the entire
property of CPP and is made available to me via a license
and is not sold to me as such, and that CPP retains title
and all copyrights and other rights to the instrument/s
and the site in their entirety, and |

I
am about to take one or more of CPP’s psychometric
instruments and that the data from the administration/s
will only be used to evaluate and counsel me and/or for
academic research and the development of norms, and |
| 3 |
I
expect to receive from a properly qualified and accredited
person (registered with CPPAP or an equivalent CPP-recognised
distributor) an appropriate interpretation of the results
of this assessment including a description in simple language
of what the test covers, what the scores mean, the precision
of the scores, common misinterpretations of the scores and
how the scores will be used, and, |

This
feedback session will be given to me in a face-to-face discussion
session or via written report and a phone
or email interactive discussion or by individual or group
video conferencing, and |

I
agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPP, CPPAP and its clients
authorised to give me access to this site, from any claim
that might result from my use of the website, the interpretations
of any of the tests and the subsequent use thereof, and |

CPP,
CPPAP and its clients authorised to give me access to this
site, make no representations or warranties with respect
to the website, or its operation express or implied, and |

I specifically agree not to use this experience or the data
derived from it to construct a rival or derivative or competitive
scoring system or testing instrument of any kind, or to
otherwise diminish the value or market position of the Website,
the scoring system of any of the instruments available thereon,
